The Parting Line (NE0007)

Description:
This is a bit weird I know.
But theres something I rather enjoy on this,
I'll try to avoid such...random shots of nothing, but I'll leave this as an exception.

My focus is a lil shakey, but the shadows/color looks good to me

Anyway have a :cookie: if you raised an eyebrow at this picture.

The lighting in this is excellent. The fact that it's slightly tilted really adds to the...uncertainty, I suppose, for lack of a better word. In any case, well done.

I enjoy the lighting as well, the sun was at a perfect angle, well when it came out from the clouds that seemed to appear outta no where.
I understand what your getting at
Thank you Valys

I think what gets me most with this piece is the smooth, polished marble that surrounds the chipped and cracked filler along the white line..c:
I really like the vibrance of the white line to the picture as a whole.

Gorgeous work

This made me think of a floor balance beam to train beginner gymnasts.

This is actually a really good choice of subject, DM - all those gritty textures. Dilapidated eye-candy.

I like the way that stripe leads the eye towards the... drains. They almost look like two eyes, and they're so tortured-looking...

I'm glad to hear that, I thought this piece would of been shot down, but instead it got quite a warm welcome. And I must thank you for a part in that

Wow, now its you with the unique view, switching sides for a moment eh

Heh... not a problem, DM.
