Description:
A time warp scene
A cy-fi story
A dirt coloured love
Hey hope for glory
I like to fight,
I kill global oppression
If I quit, no hope of redemption

- Billy Idol, Tomorrow People -

A picture I finished after a few weeks of doodling and pondering exactly what I wanted to do. While the character was at the time inspired from my AO character, she turned out pretty much differently in the end. I then decided to keep her design for my cyberpunk story—she looked just spunky and determined enough to actually represent Jen McAran in a good way (that's the name I gave to the heroine for the moment; I like the sound of Jen a lot, and McAran was the family name of the Netrunner I played a few years ago in tabletop RPG).

The "changing color" hair isn't here just to be pretty, by the way; it's a small part of the cyberpunk culture, and anyone who's played Cyberpunk 2020 will likely  remember the hair implants and various other "fashion accessories" that can be found in such a universe. We're in the world of superficiality and trends that change every two days here, after all... oh wait, it's not so different from our own ;) Anyway. This is a Network scene, as Jen is a Netrunner, although this seeming is more like her real physical appearance, and not like her Network avatar ('Tesla').

Done in vectors, with a doodle as base to trace on. Doodle done by yours truly, of course. I experimented with a drawing style slightly different from my "regular" one, as I felt it was time for a change, and... well, I personally like the result.

Critics *very* welcome, as usual.

VERY nice...I love the color scheme and that face--it's like her face has the best part of Gothic without being unnecessarily emo/depressing. :)
