I love the texture of it, almost looks like wood.

yes, what an astute eye you have... it was from the wind blowing through the window. i tried to use the stabilization feature on the camera... but had to adjust a tad in ps. sigh. almost a perfect shot. hehe

I think this imperfection makes this picture be more close to perfection than when it would have been perfectly still :nod:

Beautiful shot! love the rich tones but also subtly handled letting the natural tones dominate the richness.
Nice use of focus also.

thanks papa! im so glad you liked what i did to the shot. i did play with the tones a bit in ps... aetherized the colors a tad to bring out a more ethereal look... which you noticed right away!! lol
