Storm-Artists (Hence referred to as "Storm-Artists.Net", "Storm-Artists", "SA.N", or "We") and its successors provide the medium for site content and use. By visiting this site, you (the "artist", "user", "member, or "guest") are agreeing in advance to the current and future Terms of Service.

As such, regulations are in place to uphold the existing Terms of Service within the forums. Moderators patrol the forums to uphold the Terms of Service. As such, they often need to intervene as they see fit, such as:
-If a thread has been deemed a Terms of Service violation and is in reasonable danger of being locked for posts in it, a moderator will make a warning post. If that warning is not heeded, the moderator may lock the thread.
-If a user has been deemed a Terms of Service violator, a moderator will make a warning post. If that warning is not heeded, the moderator will issue a second or third warning, followed by a time-out or ban, depending on the severity of the violation(s) and the history of the guest\'s actions (including previous infractions). This will all be done at the moderator\'s discretion.
Prohibited in the forums are:
- Revealing personal information about any other user.
- Excessive cursing, insults, flaming, racism, slander/libel, and spam.
- Shifts in conversation meant to draw attention away from the original subject.
- Discussion/links contributing to/about piracy, hacking, and other illegal activity.
- Any other Terms of Service violation.
- Subjects/posts meant solely to incite anger in other users.
The Storm-Artists.Net Chat:
Storm-Artists.Net has a chat room to provide users with a place to speak their mind and opinions, free of fear of harassment, intimidation, or other issues. As such, regulations are in place to uphold the existing Terms of Service within the chat. Moderators are present in the chat room to uphold the Terms of Service. As such, they often need to intervene as they see fit, such as:
-If a chat session has been deemed a Terms of Service violation and is in reasonable danger of being locked for posts in it, a moderator will make a warning post. If that warning is not heeded, the moderator may remove individuals from the chat.
-If a user has been deemed a Terms of Service violator, a moderator will make a warning post. If that warning is not heeded, the moderator will issue a second or third warning, followed by a time-out or ban, depending on the severity of the violation(s) and the history of the guest\'s actions (including previous infractions). - Discussions of sex, specially amongst minors.
The Storm-Artists.Net Groups:
Storm-Artists.Net have a system of groups to provide users with a place to speak their mind and opinions, free of fear of harassment, intimidation, or other issues. As such, regulations are in place to uphold the existing Terms of Service within the groups. Moderators are present on the site to uphold the Terms of Service. As such, they often need to intervene as they see fit, such as:
-If a group has been deemed a Terms of Service violation or is a part of a violation, and is in reasonable danger of being closed for actions in it, a moderator will make a warning post. If that warning is not heeded, the moderator may remove individuals from the group, or remove the group entirely.
-If a user has been deemed a Terms of Service violator, a moderator will make a warning post. If that warning is not heeded, the moderator will issue a second or third warning, followed by a time-out or ban, depending on the severity of the violation(s) and the history of the guest\'s actions (including previous infractions). This will all be done at the moderator\'s discrepancy.
Groups are subject to an approval system, based on the following criteria:
-Generality of the subject (such as a given style, genre, etc. Fanart groups are allowed)
-Possibility of members (if a group cannot gain a significant following, it will not be allowed)
-Management (the ability of the creator to continue managing a group, including the acceptance of new members)
Storm-Artists.Net reserves the right to deny any group requests.
Prohibited in groups are:
- Revealing personal information about any other user.
- Excessive cursing, insults, flaming, racism, slander/libel, and spam.
- Shifts in conversation meant to draw attention away from the original subject.
- Discussion/links contributing to/about piracy, hacking, and other illegal activity.
- Any other Terms of Service violation.
- Subjects/posts/groups meant solely to incite anger in other users.
Graphical Signatures:
Storm-Artists.Net allows for graphical signatures to be added to a user\'s settings. These images are to be no larger than 400x100 pixels. If text is present in the signature, in addition to the image, moderators may ask that the signature be condensed for room and layout restraints. If an image is considered inappropriate, any acting moderator may ask you to change it. Failure to do so will net removal of the image. Repeated violation is subject to time-out or ban.
H. Mature Content
Submissions containing the following MUST be marked as mature content:
- Artistic nudity.
- Acts of excessive violence.
- Excessive cursing
- Gore or blood.
- Drinking or drug use.
- Written depictions of any of the above

You represent and warrant to Storm-Artists.Net that:
This agreeement is the embodiment of the entire agreement between the parties (Storm-Artists.Net, its successors and the user). There have been and are no other agreements, representations, and/or warranties between the stated parties, other than those provided expressly by this document. This agreement will not be changed or modified in whole or part, save by a written agreement signed by the stated parties.
You also agree that the terms of this agreement shall be subject to all applicable bodies of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in applicable areas, in the event of a dispute caused by a a breach of representations/warranties/any term herein. If any part of this agreement is rendered unprotectable, unenforceable, or violates any statute, law, ordinance, or legal precedent, that portion of the agreement shall be rendered severable, and the balance of the agreement shall remain valid and of full force and effect. This agreement can not be altered, modified, changed, terminated, or rescinded in any way except by an instrument, in writing, signed by the stated parties.
In the event of a breach of this agreement by Storm-Artists.Net, your sole remedy is termination of the agreement. You waive any and all rights that you may have under any laws or statutes, world wide, that concern moral rights in connection with your submissions.
You understand that the submission may be used in a manner that contains adult themes, violence, and/or nudity, and you have no objection to same use.
L. Truth of Information
You agree and understand that by submitting any submissions media and information, that all biographical information relating to yourself and your submission is truthful.
M. Clause Relationships
Any stated clause in this document is subject to augmentation/addition by any other clause, as seen fit by Storm-Artists.Net.
N. Privacy Policy
O. Review and Change
These Terms of Service are subject to review and change at any time without notice, and it is the responsibility of the user to keep themselves informed of the current status of these terms.
Storm-Artists.Net reserves the right to periodically review and change these terms of agreement, by updating this page without consent. This will not fundamentally alter the terms of agreement without the consent of the user. You agree to be bound by ANY subsequent revision one week (seven (7) days) after the posting of the revisions. As such, users should visit this page periodically to keep track of any possible revisions to these terms.

- Responsibility:
Storm-Artists.Net is in no way, and cannot be, held responsible for:
- Libel, slander, or fraud posted on or off this website by users.
- Expressions, opinions, statements, media, comments, or views posted in any part of the site by a user.
- The actions of users committed inside or outside of the site.
- Reserved Rights:
Storm-Artists.Net is not required or expected to host all content put forth by the user. This includes accounts (and all settings, overrides, allotments, and content therein), submission media, comments, journals, and private messages, as seen fit by the administration.
- Endorsement:
Storm-Artists.Net does not endorse the expressions, opinions, views, thoughts or submissions of the user.

C. Storm-Artists.Net\'s Rights
The storm-artists.net staff reserves the right to:
- Edit Content:
We reserve the right to move or remove user accounts, profiles, media and submissions as seen fit by any acting member of staff. We also reserve the right to change submission information and descriptions, as well as change user profiles to enforce the Storm-Artists.Net Terms of Service.
- Limit User Use:
We reserve the right to warn, time-out, or ban users, as seen fit by any acting member of staff.
- Alter the Terms of Service:
We reserve the right to review and alter the Terms of Service without warning to users. Users are bound to the changes, beginning a full week (seven(7) days) after the revisions are completed and posted. As such, it is in the interest of the user to view the Terms of Service often to keep themselves updated.
D. User Rights
- Defending yourself:
User have the ability to notify Storm-Artists.Net staff for any possible Terms of Service violation they may encounter within the site. This report will be used to initiate further possible action.
- Intellectual Property:
Storm-Artists.Net does not claim ownership of any content (including any text, data, images, information, photography, music, sound, video, or other material) that you upload, transmit, or store on the site. We will not use any of your content for any purpose except to provide you with service, unless your expressed consent is given. Please note that all submitted content and its respective Storm-Artists.Net user are bound by the Storm-Artists.Net Terms of Service.
E. Age Limitations

Storm-Artists.Net content and submissions are not to be used for mediums of perpetuating racism and derogatory content. Included in this are racial slurs, personal attacks, excessive profanity, derogatory remarks based on philosophy, religion, gender, race, or sexual preference.
This, however does NOT mean a user cannot use any of the above as long as they are not and can not be viewed as a personal assault on any Storm-Artists.Net member. This is meant solely to ensure the user\'s right to artistically use the ideas of racism and libel, so long as the submission is NOT SOLELY meant to perpetuate racism or derogatory content.
- Spam:
Spam is defined on Storm-Artists.Net as repetitive, responseless commenting on any one submission (be it artwork, journal, or userpage) and repetitive identical submission. Also included in this are "Chain" messages, pyramid schemes, repeated submission of the same work, and repetitive advertisement.
- Flaming:
Flaming is defined on Storm-Artists.Net as anything designed to be used for the purposes of enticing undue disgust, annoyance and/or anger. This includes threats against persons or property.
- Copyright Violation:
Submissions to Storm-Artists.Net are to be creations by the user (in part or wholly). This includes submissions with shared, edited, traced, and/or influenced work. If the user does not hold the intellectual right or copyright to the submission, they are to include due and proper credit, including notation of copyright if necessary. This includes any logos, source material, characters, music, or lyrics.
Please take note:
Storm-artists.net may remove a submission at the discretion of any and all original artists and/or entities in possession of the copyright(s) to logos, source material, characters, music, and/or lyric; even if proper credit is displayed clearly and prominently.
- Underage Sex and/or Pornography:
Submissions to Storm-Artists.Net, as well as any descriptions, forum, or chat post, are prohibited from displaying, describing, or alluding to sexual acts with one or more minors. This includes minors and adults engaged together in such acts.
- Pornographic content:
Storm-Artists.Net submissions are not to be used to host content with explicit descriptions and/or depictions of sexually explicit content/pornography.
Pornographic content is defined as:
- Display of genitalia in a manner alluding to and/or depicting sexual activity or arousal, or where the prominent purpose is to cause sexual arousal.
- Nude humanoid subjects in sexually explicit poses.
- Display of sexual fluids. This includes semen, pre-seminal fluid, and lactation.
- Nude humanoid subjects engaging in any form of sexually explicit bondage activity.
- Nude underage photography subjects in any form.
- Implied or depicted acts of sexual activity and/or masturbation.
- Manipulation of breasts/nipples/genitalia in a sexual manner. This refers to (but is not limited to) pinching, stretching, and/or cupping them in a manner to \'present\' them to the viewer.
- Fictitious Information:
Storm-Artists.Net submissions are not to give false information regarding the original author, content, content maturity level, and/or categorization.
- Art Theft:
Storm-Artists.Net will do its best to uphold the ownership of all characters, intellectual properties and submissions. Art theft is defined on Storm-Artists.Net as:
- Submitting another\'s work as your own.
- Using a copyrighted character without giving the proper copyrights.
- Tracing or digitally re-creating another\'s work.
- Using parts of another\'s work without proper permissions or proper credit given.
- Inappropriate Usernames:
Usernames must be appropriate in language. They may not have cueing, or dirty words in any way or form. They also must be in good nature; this means no mocking or belittling others in any way in your user name as well. Keep things polite and civil... But still have fun, it’s your name.

I. Enforcement Policy
- No Guarantee of Enforcement:
Storm-artists.net will make all reasonable effort to enforce the Terms of Service. However, we cannot guarantee that all cases will result in punishment action against the offender. All Terms of Service violation reports from users will be examined, however.
- Implications of Dismissal:
Dismissal of a case made against a Storm-Artists.Net user does not imply innocence. The user accepts all responsibility for violations of United States laws, International Law, our Terms of Service, and local laws regardless of our actions (or lack thereof) against him/her.
- Refusing Assistance:
Any notable rude behavior given to a staff member before/during/after a complaint/case is resolved may negate the complaint/case entirely. It may also negate your privileges to make further complaints/cases and your ability to appeal staff decisions against you.
- Judgements and Appeal:
All decisions made by staff are based in part by artistic merit of the submission, of which is solely the judgement of the staff. Submissions defined as poor in artistic merit, containing shared, edited, traced, and/or influenced work are subject to removal. All staff decisions are FINAL, with exception of an approved appeal to the staff. Only one appeal per case, NO EXCEPTIONS.
J. Submissions agreement
You understand and agree that by submitting any submission media, you grant to Storm-Artists and its sucessors a no-exclusive right and license to:
- Digitize, encode, and store the submission media and information
- Advertise, promote, and publicize the submission media and information
- Display, copy, transmit, perform, and broadcast the submission media and information
- Place advertising before, during, and after the display of the submission media and information
- Use the submission media and information of the user and/or any person rendering services in connection to the submission media and information, in connection with the promotion and advertising of the submission media and information, or its related rights. However, you understand and agree that Storm-Artists.Net is under no obligation to display, reproduce, or distribute the submission media and information, and may remove said media and information from Storm-Artists.Net at anytime, without notice.
K. Legal Implications of the Terms of Service
You represent and warrant to Storm-Artists.Net that:
- Storm-Artists.Net\'s exploitation of the rights granted to it herein shall not infringe any right of any third party.
- Storm-Artists.Net will not be obligated to obtain any consents from any third party nor to render any sum to any third party as a result of Storm-Artists.Net\'s exploiting any of the rights granted to Storm-Artists.Net herein.
- There is no claim, action, suit, or legal proceeding relating to the submission media or information, or the underlying material pending or threatened before any court, governmental, or administrative body.
- You grant to Storm-Artists.Net all acquired rights in and to, any and all, underlying material to the submission media necessary to effectuate the purposes of this agreement.
- You have acquired all musical/artistic rights and clearances which are required, as well as all respect to the music/art contained within the submission media. Also, no supplemental or additional use payments shall be required for the exploitation of the media and/or any advertising or promotion thereof which requires the music/art as embodied in the submission media.
- This consent does not, in any way violate any and all applicable laws and regulations.

- What is collected.
-Storm-Artists.Net does collect information about every user, such as name, gender, e-mail address, age, and other information that can be used to contact or identify its users as individuals. These occur in various places about the site. Every new registrant has this data collected, and current users may have it collected upon using various pieces of the site.
-Storm-Artists.Net may offer additional content and features that may require the user to submit personal information, which in turn is collected to identify and contact users. This may include addresses, telephone numbers, credit card numbers, and other information.
